“After shopping for weeks to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was the the people at DTO that gave me a very fair trade in value and matched me with a fantastic truck. However it was my experience with these guys after shortly after that would fortify my allegiance to this company. In a total mechanical fluke I snapped an axel just accelerating out of a toll booth. ( clearly just a case of a structural fluke in metallurgy ) Immediately after contacting DTO CUSTOMS they arranged logistics and totally took over in facilitating repair arrangements along with courtesy vehicle. I was completely put at ease by all points of contact at the dealership and assured that I would be taken care of. I was blown away at the level of respect and professionalism I was given. I have never experienced a group of people so dedicated to preserving the integrity and dignity of their brand in my entire life of being a vehicle owner. Finally the craftsmanship on these machines is second to none . The truck that I chose is loaded with top notch upgrades. “I am extremely grateful to the good people of Xpress Cars and Trucks. They had a Tahoe I liked so I made a 90-minute drive down to see it. With no pressure at all, they let me look over the car myself and take it on a test drive. The Tahoe drove great, so we agreed on a price (very reasonable) and I drove it home. The truck got Maryland inspected (which is actually very demanding) and had a clean bill of health. A few weeks later the title arrived and I LOST IT! For those who don’t know, that’s a big deal. Xpress did a ton of legwork to get me another copy of the title – not an easy thing to do, and they never got frustrated with the numerous phone calls I made. My point being, even after the deal was done and the money was exchanged, they were there for me. That says a lot about the caliber of people who work here. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them to anyone else.”

My experience with Tim was very simple, NO pressure, and super easy to work with. He was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding. He allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice, agreed to make a replacement of an item on the vehicle, and is also very well known and respected in the mechanic field in the local area. I had an issue with the aftermarket alarm/remote start system, that I was not familiar with. I pushed too many buttons and somehow tampered with the programming. Tim came out to my RESIDENCE to try and assist me with fixing it, on his OWN TIME, in the rain! That's customer service folks! I recommend Tim and 3 Star to anyone who wants honesty, respect and great service. It made purchasing a car very simple.”

“I went into this dealership to test drive a 2003 Hyundai Sonata with less than 100,000 miles. The car has very little problems, and has been kept up in maintenance.
