“So let me start with this-I have been in the business of auto and motorcycle(Harley) sales combined over 25 years. I did not and never have played games or lied to any of my customers to get a sale. That said, it was time for a change and without going into a lengthy story, I was ready to give up my 2004 Ford Explorer for something bigger and did not want any payments. I settled on a 2004 Ford Expedition they had listed on Facebook Marketplace. It had somewhat high mileage but I wasn't looking for new. I knew what I was getting into and also knew this will not be a perfect truck. It did have some issues. After we , meaning Rich and Raj and I agreed on price with the help from Bucky , the sales team member I had first contact with ,we made the sale. There were some things that needed repair/replace and it was put in writing(NOTE- everything has been done with the exception of the rear wiper-waiting on part). I drove home on a Thursday. Drove the truck all weekend, then on Tuesday I was about to go to work and it wouldn't start. I called Raj and he was sympathetic and asked if I could get it in so they could look at it. I was able to bring in and without hesitation they replaced the battery. No typical "You bought it as is, you own it" They took care of me. The manager of the repair aspect of the operation, Joe ,has always been respectful and has helped me get the needed items taken care of. Well this brings me to current time. I went by on Saturday, during the heavy rains and the part had not come in yet for the rear wiper so I headed home. I hit many a flooded puddle from standing water on the road and thought nothing of it. I stopped at a fast food place and when I came out to go home, the truck would not start!!! There was plenty of juice but no clicking, clacking ...just silence and dash lights lit up. I immediately sent Joe a text if he could have any idea after I described the situation and as he was on his way home to see his kid at Karate he said he would detour and come to me to see if anything could be done. He tried a few things to no avail and then so I would not be stranded he contacted a tow company(North Star Towing) and will have it towed back to Auto Chiefs and Raj will stay late and have a loaner truck for me to get home with. Mike with North Star was prompt . The problem was a rusted wire. Joe took care of the towing and I the labor for repair. So I feel this was excellent customer service and retention as it was not a single sale, but will now be a relationship. I don't usually recommend many people or products but I will recommend Auto Chiefs and Raj, Rich, Joe & Bucky and the staff there that has been able to keep me on the road. Thank You !!”

No annoying sales tactics, they were honest and told me what they could about the vehicle, had a carfax up front and I talked to the mechanic that inspected the vehicle.
