He definitely understands what emergency is as he took extra time from his already busy schedules to get our 1998 Toyota rav4 fixed. At almost half a million miles , our beloved rav4 died on us for reasons Autozone can't diagnose. We had to wait for this small town to open for business 3 nights and 2 days. After calling many shops, no one can take a look at our ride soonest until we called Tim. God bless him to shine like diamonds. He definitely did a great job. “Dave is the MAN! One of the best mechanics I've come across in my life. Easy to communicate - just leave a voicemail or a text if he is unavailable. He'll let you know when he is available to take a look at the vehicle and the issues you are experiencing. I explained my exhaust was super loud and the vehicle was driving slower. Part of my exhaust rusted out and he was able to repair it within a day. Fast service and quality work. I had an issue with my brakes only at certain times. He diagnosed it as the ABS Tone Ring on the driver's side CV Axle. He provided a picture, so I could see the damage. He was able to complete the work within a day once the part came in. Quality work! No issues after the fix! My dipstick handle broke off and I wasn't able to check my oil level. He helped remove the old dipstick. He didn't charge me, but I felt it was needed to provide payment for the service. It helped out a lot!”

“The driver's seat in my Mercedes GLK had a seam come undone. One of the side panels on the seat looked like it was going to crack open as well. I took it to them and they said that they would be able to sew the seam up and replace the side panel for $200, but could not guarantee that my heated seat would still work. When I picked it up, they had completely fixed my seat and even ended up replacing both of the side panels with no additional charge. They also managed to make sure that my heated seat still worked. Their work and costumer service was excellent. I would definitely go back to them!”

“My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My sister was pleased with the excellent service provided by Bob, who is a Mercedes Certified Mechanic. She was told she needed both front and rear brakes, but Bob said it only needed rear brakes. He also cleaned her headlight instead of replacing it. It cost her a lot less than what she had anticipated! My Benz was due for maintenance, so I called Global. Again, RT was professional and courteous, and told me I could drop my car off at my convenience. The required maintenance was performed by Bob in a timely manner. Like my sister, I was very pleased with the whole experience! Just before Christmas, I needed my tires on my Jeep inflated properly and I called Global Automotive. RT, again courteous and professional, said I could bring it in that day. While I was there, I pointed out a little scuff on the front bumper I had gotten in a parking garage, and he buffed it out for me. There was no waiting; it took less than 10 minutes, and my Jeep looks as good as new! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and courteous! I highly recommend Global Automotive!”
