“We brought our car to Loudoun Motors for a second opinion after the dealer we had been taking it to told us that we needed to replace the engine. This would have cost over $6,000. Loudoun Motors thoroughly checked it out and determined nothing was wrong with the engine and also determined a couple other dealer recommended maintenance issues weren't needed saving us a lot of money. Needless to say we will be bringing our cars to Loudoun Motors for maintenance in the future. We also bought a used car through Loudoun Motors and have been very happy with it. They did a great job of fixing it up before turning it over to us. They were also good about fixing a couple of minor issues we discovered later”

Despite being severely busy due to a plethora of things, they managed to not only check my car within a couple days from drop off, but identified all the problems and had it fixed that same day. It was such a blessing to get my car back so fast because being 6 (going on 7) months pregnant meant I needed reliable transportation at a moment's notice and I had already been without a car for going on two weeks. The cost for parts and labor was more than fair, and Vince was an absolute sweetheart during the whole situation with keeping me in the loop on any progress. The gentlemen was nothing but extremely polite, punctual and did exactly what I asked. In a day in age that that type of service is far fetched, sayin this particular filed. He replaced my sunroof and did minor body work associated with the damaged glass. Most shops were closed due to the holiday season and he was open, literally called me the next day after I contacted insurance and got me right in with a great turn around time.
