“Great service and price for BMW motorcycle parts. Capital Cycle's price beat any I could find online or locally. However, not all parts are the same quality as original. I rebuilt a '75 R90/6 and although some parts I ordered were ok, others were not. For instance the cables for throttles and carbs were unusable due to lower quality, I ended up ordering the original more expensive BMW cables. Another lower quality item was the rubber gear shift lever, which wore more quickly and marked up my riding boots more than the original. Capital Cycle is a great asset for hard to find parts at a good price and the customer service is excellent.”

“NO LONGER A-1 CAR CARE INC. The business has been bought out and changed into A-1 AutoTech who is owned by Steve Lee. Who has been nothing but generous with his clients. Yesterday (06/13) on my way home from work I had a low tire pressure due to a nail I found. As I arrived in the shop, I was greeted by a lovely young lady. Once I explained my situation, she informed me that Steve was at the Patient First across the street and that he'll be right back in 30mins. Which in fact, he was back quicker than expected. Steve was able to locate the nail and was even kind enough to show me where it was and that he'll have me patched up and ready to go in no time. Less than 10mins later and I was already paying and out the door! Pricing, 5 star. Customer Service, 5 star. Speed, 5 star. Will continue to bring my car in for any service needed!”

When I received the vehicle I noticed a noise in the dashboard every time I turned, like something was rolling around. They had to remove the dashboard to get to it, but they removed the object and had the vehicle ready for me the next day! They even provided a loaner car! “Ater researching several reviews seeking an Auto Body Repair Shop I decided to try out this body shop for my recent hit and run auto accident. There were repairs required and completed such as replacing the bumper, a dent on the hatch door, painting, the right rear tail light and then extensive electrical diagnostic testing. The reviews mentioned Daniel and he was also my contact person. *UPDATED REVIEW* In the beginning communication and understanding were very good with the shop. But after several days had gone by trying to make contact with Daniel was becoming a struggle to get a response. Upon completion of work that was done to my car, as I was exiting the premises my car shut off. I tried to contact Daniel but didn't get a response, I didn't know he was in the paint room he couldn't hear me. Because the car did malfunction after the Body Repair Shop had completed the work my insurance company said to return it back to the shop and have them run Diagnostics to see if it was accident-related. I must say Daniel and his team went ABVOVE AND BEYOND and worked two days solid ran every diagnostic test on my vehicle to make a determination what exactly was causing the problem for my car to shut off!! He remained in contact with me throughout each day and until at time a determination had been made. So again I WILL SAY, I will definitely change rating from 4 stars to a rating of 5 stars!!! Should I ever need any type of Auto body repair or mechanical work to my vehicle again, I will return to this shop Collision Repair Center of Norfolk but I hope I don't have to though. AND On another positive note: when Daniel spoke to my Insurance company he advised them that the incident was indeed a hit and run accident saving me hundreds of dollars on my deductible That's What I Call going above and beyond and making sure that your insurance company knows what they're doing!!”
