“Recently purchased an RNineT from Motorcycles of Dulles. John and Kit were my primary contacts but dealt with a few others along the way. Fun, vibrant staff all around. The dealership offers a great selection of bikes - Triumph, Indian and BMW. The industrial parkway location is also a great place to test ride, I think, but you can go on higher traffic roads if out desire. The sales team is ready to sell but they care about your needs. At the same time, they have enthusiasm for slightly scary two wheel machines and share their passion with you. Finally, beyond the purchase. My wife and I attended one of their test ride/community events. I had the opportunity to test ride adventure bikes and talk with a few other customers. Everyone enjoyed this event. It says a lot when existing/potential customers come out and hang out a dealership. Great experience, look forward to maintaining my bike at this dealership and staying in touch for future purchases and events!”

“They are honest and reasonable. The work that they did was outstanding. Mark fixed the dents on my new truck within about an hour; I didn’t even have to have and appointment! As far as the cost is concerned, Mark worked with my ideal price, and I think did me a favor or two to make the whole dent cluster disappear at my ideal price. Very reasonable. The customer service was great. Mark and the staff spent time with me answering all of my off-topic questions on things like: tips for waxing, ceramic and other coatings, and polishing product preferences. They weren’t pushy, and they were honest about the products that they offer - good and bad. I would highly recommend this place for your pointless repairs, or door dings from the parking lots. Lost Rhino is a nearby watering hole for your short wait too. Only problem was the Dent Shop finished too quickly!”

“This shop is immaculate. There is always a variety of awesome exotic cars being worked on. Greg the owner knows what he is talking about and answers all questions. He has highly skilled technicians working there. They use excellent equipment (like the Leonardo diagnostic tool seen at dealerships). On my used Maserati, they thoroughly diagnosed the F1 hydraulic clutch, found a faulty accumulator, and fixed it so it actually works properly.”
