I called 7 different shops who all told me they didn't want to work on a carb bike cause it was too much of a hassle and acted as if me calling them was an inconvenience. Arnolds not only said they could help, but said I can drop the bike off same day I called, and then have the bike back on the road over the weekend ( Saturday drop off back on monday). “The first time I ever went here was August 2021. I had no idea about inspections for cars, because Florida let's you drive anything at all. (Literally all I ever paid for was the loan/financing, gas, and the insurance. Imagine my surprise with inspection, taxes, etc.) Anyway, I was overly anxious because I really never had it inspected before. I was terrified something would be wrong and I'd need to pour money into my car, when at the time I was only just getting on my feet at my job. I was referred here by a family member of Johnathan. I was so happy with how quick and easy it was to get the inspection done! In 2021 the office was still closed to people being inside (understandably!) Fast forward a year, I forgot about the yearly inspection. Yesterday came, I got to wait on it, and just loved the atmosphere. The way the front desk is run, the way the techs came in to help, just good vibes. Even good vibes from the other customers! Before I left, I asked about the ac inspection, and she was so sweet. She asked what's going on, and told me about the pricing as well as what all they do to troubleshoot and fix it. It's a little bit away from Richmond, but I think I found a home for my boyfriend and I to bring our vehicles. 💕”
