“How do you think of customer service when you enter a near by 711? Not great from my usual experience. I went in to this 711 and immediately greeted with a friendly good morning. I got to the register and the gentleman was polite and very welcoming, we had a nice conversation about me working a long shift and even what I did for a job. After I made my purchase I left. I kept thinking how professional he was. So I went back the next morning and he attitude and professionalism was just the same as the day before. He even remembered our conversation from the day before and how my day had went, which is pretty impressive since he see so many people a day. The cashier's name is Russell. I was so impressed with him I will be writing to the owner and corporate. Little gestures go along way with people. He definitely raised the standards of this 711. “i have been eating here since the mid 80's and it is still one of my favorites spots. tonight chris and i decided to visit francos and have kinda late dinner. appetizer was fried scallops and antipasto salad........this is by far the best italian dressing i have ever encountered, i could just go here for this dressing. i wish they sold it. chris got the meatball dinner and a side of sausage and i got chicken parmesan. we need to talk more on the sausage, they are like the dressing - outstanding. i have tried others around the area and i have never found any to compare. dessert was one homemade chocolate chip cannoli - wow see you soon franco”

Customer service is number 1 priority for me, and this is what you will get at the Yates Carwash located in Kingstowne, VA. I scheduled an exterior detail for my car and upon my arrival while entering the store the young cashier was nice, she called the technician Nathaniel. We walked outside so that he could look at my car. I had several scratches that were not deep, how they were ugly. Nathaniel advised that I may need to go to a body shop to have a deep buff, however; after a good wash and shine that my car would look a little better. Well I must say, my car looks like a brand new car, and you can’t see the scratches. Nathaniel and Victor did an amazing job, my friend that went with me was like I’m going to have to come down to VA. I too will be traveling on I-95 at least once a month to get my car wash. If only I could attach before and after photos. Nathaniel and Victor, I applaud you both ??????, continue to serve in excellence, if I was your Managemet, I would give you both a raise, “Thank you”!”

“Gas at decent prices, corn hole games, and watermelons available in the Summer? Yep. This is no average gas station. Oh... also plenty of bait and tackle supplies as well. What that has to do with gas, I have no idea, but it is close to Ordan Lake I guess. It's quirky, country, and convenient. The only reason for the star knock off is the spider webs on the pumps. I'd love if they knocked them down more often. If traveling on NC 751 from southern Wake County and you need fuel, this is definitely for you. It's the only location for fuel where you can enter to the right and exit to the right (ie, not turn against the speeding traffic on 715). Watch the re-entry drive onto 751. Steep grade, but do-able.”
