“Been bringing my son since June. They made an expedited appointment since his anxiety was becoming debilitating. At the appointment, I felt his observations were on point and he had helpful advice. They helped with a lost prescription and worked with the pharmacy to ensure there was no gap in medication. They have worked with me on scheduling conflicts since we live further out and my son has a complex schedule. We didn't need a monthly appointment since we maintained things and have tried to work towards improvements. We will be going to a follow up later this month which was scheduled 3 months out. I feel confident continuing with Dr. Rafiq for my son's care. He is the 2nd psychiatrist I've brought my son to. And the 4th I've spoken to about his complexities.”
