Ms. Hernandez called based on the review to explain that while there is no excuse, the management has been obtaining bids for a new phone system and will be looking at a better scheduling system in the future. She offered her direct line in the event of any problems contacting the office and will personally meet with us at our next appointment this month. I originally gave a 1 star review to this group because of not being able to get through via phone. I am satisfied at this point with Ms. Hernandez's excellent customer service and look forward to a more professional and stress free experience.”
