The office was clean, the staff was friendly. Doctor Ferrer was not in a rush to see another patient. She talked to me about the things I should do for the kids and also addressed other issues as well. They were able to do tests in the office so I did not have to go to outside lab. I asked her so many question just to make sure i am understanding everything correctly. She was patient and took time to listen my questions. The only issue i found is the wait time. I had to wait 20-25 minutes past my appointment time. as i am a full time employee and planning to visit her during office time (as its close to my office), i expect the wait time issues are considered and resolved efficiently!”

Not only did he thoroughly explain the procedure and associated risks, he also was very professional, calm, and helpful during the consultation and procedure. The staff are very warm and accommodating; they were kind enough to roll me in a wheelchair all the way out to the car, help me get in, and even gave me a blanket to keep warm since it was cold, and I didn't even ask! It has been a little over a week since my surgery, and my mouth has healed very well! I am back to eating regularly and can hardly tell I had surgery. Great experience all around, I definitely recommend that you schedule a consultation if you need your wisdom teeth extracted.”
