“I’ve been coming here for a few years and wanted to share the excellent experience I had today. I picked up barium yesterday for an appointment this afternoon. Was in and out pretty quickly and the girl at the front desk made sure to check with the tech that the barium drink was really necessary before I left. Today when I arrived for my appointment, I informed the lady at the desk that I had another (previously scheduled) appointment tomorrow for another test and that - yup, I would be there three days in a row. She quickly ensured me that she didn’t want me to have to come back another day and was able to schedule my other appointment for that same day. The rest of the staff was great too - I was in and out with both procedures completed within 18 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I didn’t even get a chance to open the book I brought with me!
