He takes detailed before and after pictures so the patient can see the progress. He has a quiet demeanor, but is a skilled surgeon and has great regard for whether or not his patients are in pain or discomfort. Dr. Iwamoto called me personally following surgery and asked how I was feeling (who does that these days....he does). While my treatment plan is complete, my wife is now a patient. His billing of my insurance has always been accurate, and the pre-treatment estimates have always been on point. In fact, at our last appointment we received a small REFUND of something the insurance unexpectedly covered. When was the last time you got a refund from a doctor? Staff has always been friendly and have taken the time to know us personally, and have remembered life events such as birth of children, new home purchases/sales. I would highly recommend Dr. Iwamoto if you require periodontal services.”
