“I called while I was on my way to ask for the address. I had a busy day and hadn’t had the time to look yet. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and couldn’t properly pronounce the street name for the practice. Making it extremely difficult to figure out where it was. I walk in and almost immediately walk out. This can’t be a Dr office!?! Just feels dirty. Very dated! The girl behind the desk says you have to wear a mask. I chuckle and ask why? ( my family Dr no longer requires one. It’s almost 2023). Her response is “ we have to, so you have to”. Then proceeds to hand me a dirty kids iPad to sign in. I get back to the room and the sink is dirt and rust stained. Water damage lines the 20yr old wallpaper. The blinds are disgusting. nothing seems to even resemble the word sanitary. Dr Ashmi Shah walks in and proceeds to assess me. She was extremely professional and nice. Answered all Of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. She even looked at another issue I had with my other foot. Highly recommend Dr Shah! You also need to add her to your website. She’s the only reason you’re getting 4 stars. Speak with your upfront staff and clean up the practice. It’s time to remodel.”
