“My both boys visit Dr Sideman and he is Amazing. He is perfect at what he does. Only one of my complaint is their appointment reminders system sucks. Burden of remembering is entirely on us, though they have one fire and forget system. I have other offices we visit, and they send at least 3 reminders. Hope Northern Virginia Ophthalmology improves in this area. It is NOT fun missing any appointment for any of us. BTW, they also charge $50 for missed appointment. I gave my feedback to their office manager Micky as well. Hopefully they improve this area.”
