“A bit unorganized but from my experience most places that offer these types of services seem to be unorganized in one way or another. Their rules about alcohol consumption are a bit more strict than I am comfortable with. In the past I have never had a clinic test for alcohol consumption. The counselors are very nice but are mostly just for show/compliance. I recommend seeking additional counseling elsewhere. Despite those 3 tiny issues, I still highly recommend. Every clinic I've used has their own similar downfalls. They are reliable for always being open to dispense medication and are currently giving take homes for the weekends because of COVID (closed sat and sun). The nurses and front desk lady are so nice/funny and I never feel judged. I even look forward to seeing them every morning! Crossroads pulled me out of a very rough spot in my life and I am forever grateful! Thanks Crossroads!”
