I would like to say that Dr. Colley was my pediatrician for the first 17 years of my life. She was always the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, flexible, and understanding doctor. She makes personal bonds with all her patients. When I went to Dr. Colley’s, I knew I was in good hands. She dealt with every health problem I ever had, including a benign bone tumor, and never once caused a problem in any capacity. The NERVE of some miserable person on here to give her a 1 star review is astounding and if I could meet then in real life I would personally let them know the extent in to which this woman has helped shape my life as well as my brother’s. To whoever wrote that one star review - you suck, cry about your half yearly eye check ups somewhere else. Dr. Colley and everyone else who works in that building are the best you can get. “I love Dr. Suarez; however, since this practice changed to Anne Arundel, contacting doctors has been frustrating. I have been trying to contact Dr. Suarez for a month now re: the prescription that she gave my daughter. I have tried the online form and the number posted on the website. Never got a response back. If someone from the Vienna office can read this, please let me know how I can contact Dr. Suarez or her assistant. Update: Finally, someone picked up when I called for the nth time. She was able to relay my month-long question and Dr. Suarez assistant/nurse called me. Adding stars for Dr. S.”

“Wonderful! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They explain everything that they’re doing or will do. Dr.Derner is great! He went over everything in detail so I didn’t feel in the dark about my procedure. Dayana and Brian are incredibly wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me every step(or limp) of the way! They really tried (and succeeded with flying colors)to make sure you’re comfortable at every visit. I can’t thank them enough. This facility has the best staff and really do try to make this experience as painless as possible. If you have to have a procedure done, this is the place to do. Love it here!!”

“For the last month I have gone round and round with Verizon and FiOS and couldn't get anything accomplished. I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn't for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location. Thank you ladies for your service and southern charm.”

“First time having to go to the location, very nice Doctor and Staff. Had a quick procedure on my toe, with a follow up in 2 weeks and will have the same procedure on my other toe then. During the procedure, he ensured I knew what he was going to do and ensured I felt no pain during the procedure. Had the appointment yesterday and as promised back on my feet and no pain at all. Great work and see you in a few weeks.”

“We love our orthopedic specialists here. The only issue is that the address is wrong. I've contacted Cooks Children's about it and no one has responded to me so I'm posting here so others can see. The parking lot for the specialist clinic is not in the same parking lot as urgent care. Specialist and urgent care are in the same building but the parking and seperate entrance for the specialists is off of Prestige Street. The doors for urgent care don't open till 11am. So if you have a specialist appointment before 11am, you have to go in the specialist entrance which is on the other side of the building from urgent care. I hope this helps someone because it was really irritating strolling my toddler who was in a body cast all the way around the building because Cooks put the address and entrance in wrong both on Google and on their website. The staff also get calls about this all the time and they have to spend too much of their time explaining it to people on the phone when they are also checking in patients. That waste of time on the part of management and administration is really disappointing especially when I'm not the only one who has tried to address this issue. Cooks.....get it together....fix the address....fix the entrance location on maps.”
