All the staff I had contact with were kind and congenial. I had severe pain the day of the surgery but was kept as comfortable as possible, and was able to be released in 4-5 days. My progress was amazingly quick with excellent healing at each check up. I am without pain at my 1 year review, and as long as I don't over do it, I function normally. “Edit::: I returned this morning and spoke with the owner and had NO issue. She was super polite and helpful My daughter went to the store yesterday to get me a Pepsi they were 2 for $3.75. She picked up one reg Pepsi and accidentally grabbed a wild cherry pepsi. I went to the store today to simply and kindly ask to exchange the non opened wild cherry for a reg one. The woman looked at me with distain and was told No. I explained she got the drink for me and when i noticed one of them was the wrong flavor i had just dropped my car off at the shop and had no way to come back last night. I got my car back today and at my earliest convenience came in to exchange i didn’t want a refund. Mind you i live in the area and frequent visit this location and was still told adamantly No. i was told come back in the morning to speak to an owner i find that appalling. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Customer service was terrible.”
