When our AC and heating system suddenly quit of "old age", they were quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the issue and make recommendations....and we were new customers. We had estimate for new system by end of day. SInce there was a heatwave coming and we had no AC, they provided two window AC units to use until the new system could be installed. Who does that anymore - we were blown away by their customer service from start to finish! The new system is in and the techs who performed the two day job were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. If you are in the market for AC or heating system replacement, do not look any further than S&K. Their pricing was half of what another "local company" would have charged for the exact same Carrier system. We've told all our friends about our wonderful experience!
