“I had a most unusual experience Tuesday the 26th of April near midnight. I have never called 911 for myself before but I'm so thankful this service exists. I was awakened from sleep by movement in my left ear and realized that something alive was in my ear. It was instantly certain that I needed help immediately so I called 911. The call was answered quickly by an operator who was able to get the information necessary to assist me even though I was panicky. Very soon Mariana and Taylor arrived and the problem was solved. I would like to thank both the rescue squad and the team who were so professional while also showing compassion. I have no idea what would have happened without this service being available. My heartfelt appreciation to all of you for answering the call of mercy for your fellow man.”
