“My husband and I met Lauren when we went to the Sterling location. Lauren came to our house for a consultation to look at our family room, to measure the space and talk through what we were envisioning. We moved into our home about a year and a half ago and have been fortunate to receive good quality hand me down furniture (some of which is classic Ethan Allen), but it is time to invest in our own pieces and style. We met back at the store about a week or so later and Lauren shared some concept boards and room layouts that she put together based on our consultation. We selected a few pieces for the room and can’t wait until they arrive in a few weeks! Lauren was a pleasure to work with: she listened to us and provided options in terms of sizing and style, color, etc. she pointed out details we may not have noticed on our own. They were very respectful and worked with our schedule, even when we had to make a few changes to the design. Aaron was able to create an open concept kitchen with new counter tops and cabinets and updated handles/fixtures, exactly the way we wanted. The team was on time, respected our budget and wants, and was very easy to work with. They kept the mess to a minimum with different plastic covers and protected floors and counters, and our kitchen was spotless when they were finished. We were comfortable with them in our home and it’s obvious that the company takes pride in the work they do, and we are excited to use Prime Custom again for our future bathroom remodel.
