I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.”

“Sooz Wilson came highly recommended by my interior designer as the "Best kitchen designer she ever met!" and she did not disappoint! In doing a complete remodel, it was the kitchen that posed the biggest challenge because we are a retired couple with a few physical issues to accommodate, and we both love to cook. While I had experience in re-doing several kitchens throughout many years, I was unprepared for the amount of details and decisions that were involved in the process. So much information to synthesize, and Sooz became the filter and guide who we relied upon and trusted. Sooz listened carefully, met with our architect, builder and my husband and me several times. She is not only unflappable, but highly knowledgeable and definitive about all the facets involved in kitchen design: cabinets, tile, countertops, etc. We love our kitchen and enjoy cooking even more! “The threading of my Loop Loc pool cover attaching the cloth squares to the strips that anchor the cover onto the concrete came undone. This was exacerbated by the fact that we got a new 70lb dog that ran across the pool cover over the winter. I was having a difficult time finding a pool place or tailor that was willing to restitch the many sections that came undone until I called Madina Upholstery, Drapery & Tailoring in Springfield, VA. Ashna told me to bring it in to see what he could do, so I did. Because of the pool cover's extremely large size, the stitching could not be done by a typical sewing machine, but Ashna was willing to stitch it by hand. He looked for, found and restitched each of the many locations that came undone by hand and called me a week later to say it was ready. I am extremely happy with the great work that was done and saved me the cost of buying a new cover for my custom shaped pool. If you need to repair your pool cover, I highly recommend Madina Upholstery.”

We had registered for some Le Creuset on Amazon for our wedding, but hadn’t gotten the full amounts, so we popped by here while we were in the area to see if perhaps what we wanted was cheaper. They didn’t have the exact thing we had registered for, BUT they had so much more! I ended up getting an even more beautiful dutch oven, PLUS a baking sheet and a few other little goodies for even cheaper than the Amazon price! THEN they told me they could order the the Fig color, which is exclusive to Crate and Barrel! Alexis and Sarah were FANTASTIC! They were informative but also genuinely excited about all the products there. I left absolutely giddy and so pleased with our purchases. We might make the 3 hour drive back to get more!”

“I absolutely love this Home Depot ... I just moved from my beloved Colonial Williamsburg to Gloucester and just getting acquainted to all the stores on this side of the river ... I find their prices affordable and compatible to other similar stores ... Right now a lot of their Garden center plants are on sale ... Sis and I bought a very nice stainless steel kitchen work table and it was delivered yesterday Fed X ... I toured their Garden Center and am so pleased at all they have and not bad prices ... Can't wait until Spring because there will be so much more ... I am going to be 71 and my twin sis too on the 20th and I am old and gray ... but I had 4 young men that work at Home Depot ask me if I needed any help ... They were polite and courteous ... I was there right at opening so maybe I just got lu KY ... Most workers wear masks but there are no mask requirements to enter store nor are there anyone wiping shopping carts ... I do see hand sanitizer in main store ... I for one wish ALL stores still pursued safety first ... Any hoot ... It's a HUGE parking lot and 2 entrances ... 3 if you count the Garden Center when they are open ... It's a great location ... A bit tricky getting into their parking lot ... You enter the intersection where Chicken Filet is and turn just past Chicken Filet ... Drive straight until you get to the very last parking lot on you left and Home Depot being the LAST store on your left ... The several times I have been in there I have always been able to find a very helpful worker and they have even taken us right to what we were looking for ... “DMV Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job for our full kitchen remodel project. DMV worked with us closely to maximize cabinet space and options, as well as to determine ideal light options and electrical outlet locations. Given every option had an expense to it, we were able to develop a plan that gave us our desired features while remaining within budget. DMV’s Project Manager, Cemmy, was great to work with. He provided excellent advice and remained our focal point throughout the entire project. He also remained open to any backsplash, countertop, and appliance options we preferred for the project. Cemmy was responsive and answered questions and coordinated any required adjustments as the remodel continued through each phase and inspection. He made the process go smooth and less stressful for us given the overall scope of the project. Cemmy provided constant updates and was present whenever we had any questions. He did a great job putting together the original design technical drawings which helped to ensure there were few surprises to work through as the project continued. “This store seems to be super busy every time I visit, however the items are usually straight on the shelves, aisles clear of items and debris and staff on hand for any questions or assistance. The Men's section was a bit of a disaster when I arrived, but it also appeared that they may have had intentions of re-stocking the merchandise and straightening the whole area as the entire rest of the store was in good order. I intended to look for one item for a Halloween costume and amazingly I was able to find something that would work. Thanks to the Target Red Card, Target App (for a coupon) as well as accumulating some Target Circle dollars I was able to save on my purchases!”
