Quick tip: Maybe unharmful but just be sure to check the dates on food merchandise because most is expired by a few months. Revised: The mechanic was super helpful in proactively diagnosing a condition that he didn't know I was already aware of. I didn't stop him because I wanted to hear his advice on how to fix. He offered cost-effective solutions that would not only be a better investment but Dave me time in the long run...other mechanics never mentioned.”

“Rolled in on a Friday afternoon on my way home to Richmond, VA with a serious flat tire. The manager (Paul) immediately called a mechanic to assist me with the flat. The mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job of patching up the tire and explained that I needed to replace the tire when I get home since the damage had occurred near the rim. He also offered valuable information when I asked him about tire brand recommendation. I was most impressed with the great service that I received from both of them!”

“This Shell station has free air and with it being so cold this week I had to go put air in my tires. My hands were so cold and clumsy that I lost two of my tire cap covers. A very nice gentleman, no idea what his name is , who works in the Vehicle Center came out and asked if I had a problem. He gladly gave me new cover for my tires and put them on himself. I couldn't be more grateful! thanks so much to this Shell for providing free air for tires and great service!”
