Metro close and Walk to the Pentagon or Crystal City. Plenty of green space and healthy eating options in the local area. If you are a Govie or military, if you drop in, make sure they know it as they will take good care of you. For many of us, functional fitness is a way of life and the coaches at South Arlington live it- very experienced and they teach, support, and a kick in the butt if you need it. Drop in.
