“My father has been at this facility for four years now and I have been pleased for the most part! My mother and I toured the facility before placing my father and we liked the cleanliness and overall appearance! Believe me when I say we toured several facilities that they could afford and we chose this one above the others! I have not really had to bring many concerns to the staff but when I have, whether it be a medical issue or something that the administration had to handle i. e. broken light or fixture the staff addressed it right away! My only complaint is that the food is not as yummy as it was a couple of years ago but the dear lady that fixed that good food sadly passed away! I am hoping that that will improve! There have been shortages in CNA staffing but that is the same at every facility in this area and the new administrator and the director of nursing are working on that! The shining stars at this facility, in my opinion, are the agency CNA’s and nurses that consistently come here as well as the full time staff! They love their patients and work hard for them! This facility is constantly trying to improve the experience for the patients and the families! My father and I feel that the staff are family! Every member of this staff either comes and speaks to my dad or will ask me how he is doing if they are in a different part of the building that day! This facility is a good choice! A nursing home is never where you or a loved one want to be but stay involved and your experience will be a good one like ours!”
