“I signed up for both 1:1 and meet day coaching with Dylan. While it’s ideal to have in-person coaching, I constantly received detailed, constructive feedback when sending videos of my lifts to him. Whether I was coached in person or virtually, Dylan aimed to make sure everything moved properly, and my lifts have felt better (read: pain-free) because he hones in on technique. I am very excited to compete for my first time in two days, and it’s comforting knowing he will be there to coach me. Have a session with him. You’ll learn a lot :) EDIT (12/18/18): I competed at the USAPL Holiday Havoc on 12/15 with Dylan as my game day coach again. He and Lyndsey did a great job of making sure my warm ups went smoothly and adjusted rest times accordingly when the morning break time between bench and deadlift got extended unexpectedly. I didn’t have to think about anything except executing my attempts, which is a huge burden taken off one’s shoulders during a powerlifting competition. “My Mother was hesitant and resistant to leaving her beautiful home of 56 years and moving into an assisted living facility, but living alone with a part time aide became unsustainable and potentially dangerous. After a couple of hospitalizations within a month she elected to do a 30 day respite stay at Sunrise instead of going to a skilled nursing facility (nursing home) for rehab. Within a couple weeks, my Mom made the decision to move to Sunrise permanently. She loves the community! The staff and residents were very welcoming to her when she arrived. This Sunrise is on the smaller size, which was important to her. It has a family feel to it. She feels safe and gets the perfect amount of attention from the staff members. They are all very friendly and caring to the residents. My Mom has an apartment she loves, is walking much more than she ever did at home which is benefiting her, has made friends and is truly enjoying interacting with people her own age (which is something she truly missed and needed) and she loves the food!!”
