Service I rate 5 stars. Good food. Sincere care. Professional. The doctor who took care of me from the time I was pregnant to the day I gave birth was Dr. Annie Do. She has been so good and listens and reminds me that’s it’s okay and pick my battles. Probably the best advice I got as a new mom over the years with her. My son has had several issues over the years but overall a healthy kid. My sister in law and best friend have also over years gone with me to an appointment or two and both wished they had her when their kids were younger. She has always lead me to the proper people when needing a specialist. She has a beautiful smile that makes my son very comfortable with her. Her nurse Patricia is also wonderful! “Great massage. I recieved a 90 minute massage as a gift via groupon at Bambu Med Spa. The massage was amazing! I thought I'd hate it because I'm not a huge fan of people touching me as I'm very ticklish. She really knocked out some knots in my shoulders, back and glutes, which is where I am most tense. If I had to change anything it would be the white noise. There were ocean sounds and a water dripping apparatus that drove me crazy, and every time I thought I blocked the noise I'd hear it again. It was extremely annoying. I prefer soft music or no sounds at all to be relaxed, but I didn't give them less than 5 stars because I didn't ask them to turn the sounds off. If I would've asked and they denied then I would've been pissed, but I didn't say anything about it. I understand it's greatly assumed that those sounds are relaxing, but I swear they bring out my inner beast and make me crazy lol. All in all a great place and I'd definitely recommend it.”

“In light of the current circumstances with Covid-19, the clinicians are actually doing the best at their job. It's already challenging enough to engage in activities to help our youth, especially with the distancing in place. I understand the ratings already here, but instead of criticism it would be best to provide feedback to help these clinicians grow, given the ever limited resources in the community. Perhaps I will start by letting them to know communicate all accommodations with their clients over time, so the Covid measures and client preferences are taken better into account. We're all human, so blaming poor professionalism doesn't help the company to better service the community. All in all, I've had a great experience with this company. She explained all of my lab work and gave suggestions on treatment options, but was not pushy at all. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Stony Point isn't really close to my house, but it was worth the drive. and I'm already down 10 pounds.”
