“Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... “Went in with a semi emergency, my glasses broke over the weekend and I was in need of an exam to get a new pair. Thankfully they had some cancellations that morning and quickly worked me in with a kind and quick doctor, Dr. Gorman. I’ve been in glasses and/or contacts for basically my whole life and he is the nicest eye doctor I have ever had and quickest. Most have you sitting in the chair forever waiting for them to come in. He did not. Once I got into the room he greeted me and did my exam my exam, got me in a pair of contacts and made sure they fit well then on my way I went. It was a very nice experience!”
