“Coach Robert is an extremely great coach. He’s very knowledgeable and positive and encouraging. One of the (many) things that I like and respect about him is that all of his training is backed with plenty of scientific research. As I scientist myself, from our first meeting over a year ago when he sat down with me and had a presentation ready, filled with graphs and data, I knew this guy was fantastic. Another thing that I greatly respect and appreciate is he’s not just an “armchair quarterback” type of coach. He doesn’t sit on a chair or the sidelines and tell people what to do. He’s out there every week training for his own goals and putting what he teaches into practice and he’s a tremendous athlete as a result of it. Along with this, he’s also not just a one-size-fits-all coach either. He tailors each person’s training to what his or her individual goals and current performance levels are. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to lose weight, train for an event, or pretty much anything else. I’m a former college athlete that graduated a couple years ago and when I stopped playing sports, a desk job got the better of me. In the last year, with the tremendous help and support from Robert, I’ve come farther in one year than I thought I’d be able to. I can’t stress enough how much I recommend him to anyone who needs some help and encouragement for whatever their fitness/running goals may be.”
