It is important for me to have someone who can teach the instrument and also who can work with kids. He has has both abilities. “Love this gym. High turnover of front desk peeps but to be expected in this industry, regardless, they are all kind and greet you with a smile! As a former Fitness Director and personal trainer, I love the vibe and balance of meat heads and plain ole Folks just wanting to get or stay healthy. The sweet smiley man who keeps the gym sparkling is my morning highlight. I do wish they had more bar clips that aren’t the cheap metal ones. And bar pads. And the guy that talks so the entire gym can hear him at night has me purchasing noise cancelling ear buds. Regardless, the turf is great. The sleds are a bonus. Seldom do I have to wait on anything, however, I deliberately go at slow times because I literally HATE people taking my equipment when I’m Mid set or having to disrupt or Shift my workout around. So I just avoid it. Overall, it’s not my fave gym of all time or the super awesome MMA gym I subbed at but it’s a above par good commercial $10/ mo gym! 😜”

“I had a great experience!!! The bed was comfortable, plenty of seating for loved ones, and a huge screen. The technician was so friendly and accommodating. She talked us through everything she was seeing and made us feel very comfortable. Baby was cooperating, so our gender determination took only 10 minutes but it was a wonderful 10 minutes!!! We didn’t want to know the gender, so she was amazing enough to email the results to our vendor who was making our gender reveal cannons. Thank you guys so much!”

“Warwick forest has been a incredible resource for my family with my father and his dementia. He is currently residing in the "Evergreen" memory care unit. It is clear to us that the nursing staff has a genuine interest in creating the BEST quality of life for him. They have consistently shown us that he matters to them and have exuded an amazing effort in providing his personal care for us. They have been very helpful in guiding us thru this process. As horrifying as this disease has been for us, they have been incredibly patient with us and given us priceless direction in the transition for him into memory care. “I was visiting family in Norfolk, and found myself in severe leg pain. I went to an urgent care and to the ER. Everything prescribed was ineffective. Dr Marlow was personable, clear, concerned and supportive. He knew exactly what was going on, gave me two shots for bursitis, made clear recommendations for treatment of my arthritic hips for my doctors for when I go back home. He made me feel well taken care of, and he showed he cares. His nurse was also wonderful, personable and supportive. I cannot say enough how excellent his approach and treatment were. I highly recommend Dr Marlow and his team! Thank you so much Dr Marlow! (And a plus: Dr Marlow speaks some French!)”

“I was told that arm pain was due to a pinched nerve in my neck and I knew that my neck and shoulders had been tight for awhile so, having time on a Sunday afternoon, I looked around Williamsburg for an impromptu massage. Such a thing is hard to find. But I found Healing Lotus Massage through Google and was able to book a massage for that same day through their website. It is a small place in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. Inside it was warm and soothing. After filling out an intake sheet, I was led to a massage room, where soft music was playing. Gin then worked on me and did a very thorough job, massaging from the top of my head to my feet (not in that order). Most of the time was spent on my back and shoulders. My muscles may be sore tomorrow, but that will be a good thing. They really needed to be unknotted! Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely go back.”
