“I cannot say enough about how amazing this studio is. Over the years I have tried most of the local studios and always had good experiences but the atmosphere at Collective Yoga is unmatched. Their philosophy is “Yoga for Every Body” and all of the teachers take this to heart. I recently took my 13 year old niece to Catherine’s Slow Flow class (one of my faves!). She has a mild physical disability that causes the muscles on the right side of her body to be very tight. Catherine was so supportive and helped her with modifications for any poses that were challenging for her. Afterwards, she told me she loved the class, that it helped her relax, and that “it went by so fast! I wish school could go by that fast!” We all know how hard it is to impress teenagers! Thank you Collective Yoga for helping her feel welcomed and supported as she begins her yoga journey! She has already asked when she can come back with me! P.S. all of the students are so lovely and supportive as well. It is a fantastic environment to practice in!”
