“I was refered to the Barber KEN, he styled my hair and trimmed my beard it was ABSOLUTLY one of the best beard trims and hairs cuts I’ve ever received he was attention to detail. He took his time to listen to my concerns to the beard and it’s longer growth. He also showed me how to get my beard to have length to prevent it from looking so bushy. I also loved my haircut as he corrected my part line to the correct position on how my hair grows. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a barber to pay attention to their styling needs. Having a beard can be a choir but with him helping me to understand the care that needed to maintain my beard and hair was GREATLY Appriciated. Thank so much Ken, I’ll defiantly be back. .”

The variety of arts taught at this school is amazing. From Kali, to Jeet Kun do, to Muy Thai, combat submission wrestling, jiu jitsu, and Tae Kwon Do, training here never gets stale. More than that, you know that you are getting excellent training because the instructors are certified directly under world renowned masters like Guru Dan Inosanto, Leo Gaje, Ajarn Chai, and Eric Paulson. After learning the basics, Wes, Trish, Randy, William and the rest of the instructors encourage students to learn more than just techniques or rote moves; they learn body mechanics and physical principals that are adaptable to any situation. But best of all are the life-long friends that you'll meet. I met some of my best friends here. “I remember this facility before it was taken over by the current owner. He invested a lot of money into his vision of quality housing for both private pay and for those on a fixed income. He hired those that were willing and able to contribute. The administrator is top notch. She is experienced and empathetic. Her staff responds well to challenges and they make sure everyone is well cared for. Golden Years is neat, clean, looks and smells good, has many activities in house and available programs for those that desire to get out. I believe Golden Years is the best Assisted Living Facility in Hampton.”
