I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing 😈😈😈”

“I recently rented storage from this place to store items for my school events. I reserved online the day that I wanted to move in. The store manager Diwaylon was extremely helpful. He took myself and my staff member directly to our storage and event assisted in helping us move in. Since I purchased the rental space without ever seeing the location, I was a tad bit disappointed with my specific storage unit. HOWEVER, Diwaylon's great costumer service made me realize it wasn't a big deal. I am very big on how people treat costumers. It's because of his service, I will stay. THANK YOU”
