“This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had! I am terrified of the dentist have been since I was a child due to procedure being performed on me without pain medication. Over the years I have not been to the dentist simply out of fear. I only go when there’s a major problem. Recently my wisdom tooth became inflamed infected and caused me to have lockjaw. My regular dentist could not get my mouth open wide enough to perform the surgery so he referred me here. At my consultation appointment everyone I came into contact with was extremely professional and the doctor scheduled me for the very next morning for my extractions. I went in the next morning extremely nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable. He put me to sleep and when I woke up I wasn’t in any of the excruciating pain I had been in for weeks!!! I can already open my mouth again I wanted to cry I was so happy!!!!Thank you so much to everyone that works at this practice. I highly recommend this facility for any of your dental needs.”

“First thing you notice is the campus scenery, it is beautiful. There is a modern colonial vibe to the place. You can hear the road but it is far in the distance. There is an active rail line at the bottom of the hill. This would be a good place to leave the tech behind and unplug. There is no tv in the rooms and the twin beds feel like more of a camp. You can tell this place is close to perfect for a religious retreat. The nicest building is the chapel. The place needs some blackout curtains, renovating, and some more activity things to do. This is a low energy place. A running trail with markers could be a cheap upgrade. I came with a conference, but the place isn't built well for large groups that are not staying. Staff seems nice. The place is for non profit, individual, and government reservations. Plan to bring activities for yourself unless you want to vegitate meditate. The place needs some money and maintenance seems lacking. I was told there is a trail into the woods, but i already saw the movie and i know what happens.”

Personally did not care for the chips, but only due to my own tastes. The store was clean despite middle of lunch, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will for sure order again, just not often so I can retire someday, lol.”

“Everyone in the regular store tries to say hello. Maybe once they were in the middle of a transaction and couldn’t say it but I don’t have to have a greeting to be happy. Pharmacy’s can’t help if they weren’t brought the prescription (waiting on successful electronic submission or fax), if your insurance won’t pay or require prior authorization first (paperwork your Dr has to fill out). I’ve been through them all and then some. Everyone at this Walgreens works hard. You may have to wait but it isn’t because they’re sitting around. There is a Starbucks & Harris Teeter really close so you can get something done and come back.”

He literally saved my life, & although I was very sick with a baffling illness, he never gave up on me, & never stopped working to get a diagnosis & find a Specialist capable of treating me. He gave my life back to me! There have been times when I have called or left him a message on Sentara's "My Chart" after-hours, or on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to hear anything back until the next business day, or the following Monday. On several occasions I have been pleasantly surprised, & very grateful, when he either called or returned my message after-hours, or on a Saturday. As both a patient, & a Nurse, I highly recommend Dr. Hartline to anyone looking for an outstanding family Dr. He is a gifted Physician & diagnostician, & his dedication to his patients is awesome.
