I was referred to 3Pillars from “Generations Home Health Agency” another great company (shout out to Illyse, Hunter and Brad) when my mom who has ALS was having difficulty getting the care she needed at her care facility and with other senior care companies in the area. Kevin and his staff have been top notch! They have been beyond capable at meeting her changing needs and changing schedule. Their rates are reasonable as well. Even during this terrible CV19 pandemic they not “missed a beat”! I don’t know what we would do without them! Kevin have such a heart for helping others and his personality naturally lends itself to caring for seniors and their families. I can see why he was so passionate about creating and running his company!”

Download the park mobile app to pay for your spot when you arrive, there is also a pay station near the Amtrak entrance on the right, it’s a small kiosk. To avoid any delays again I’d recommend downloading the app. -1 star because before I came i was quoted at $7/day, upon arrival it was $8. Small difference but wasn’t the same amount quoted to me just 12 hours prior. Other than that, was a nice convenience to have so I didn’t have to uber for $50 from 40 minutes away. “My mother had a reverse shoulder replacement in January, and we chose this Pivot because it was so close to our house. I was nervous about taking her to a franchised place, but with 4 young children in various schools, we needed the the most convenient option. The experience has been AMAZING. Adam, the therapist she typically sees, is magical. Kim, the assistant, is kind and helpful. The office staff is top notch, and we have been nothing but thrilled by our experience. There’s never a rush to get patients in and out, and Adam is so skillful at pushing patients to reasonable limits to achieve their goals. My mother fell in June and broke her opposite shoulder (what terrible luck!), and there was no question where we would go for PT. Their procedures during the Covid pandemic have been outstanding and make us feel comfortable. I can not recommend this clinic enough! If you need PT, go see Adam at Pivot!”

From the first interaction, speaking with the front desk, I felt amazingly comfortable. They were so friendly and understanding. The actual visit was warm and inviting. They were so patient with my son and he felt relaxed enough to let them do the entire visit with no hesitation. They even gave us a picture to commemorate his first visit.
