“I was in the 14th of March, 2020 @ 1524. Went in to get tampons. I seen water during this crazy wild mess of a pandemic, so grabbed that also. Went to ring out and the machine jammed my $3 off next visit so it didn’t print. She (Jessica) had me wait to see if it would re-print. It didn’t. She called the manager. She asked if he could just put the $3 onto my card as points, he said no. So she explained it would not reprint. He basically said I couldn’t get anything then I said why and all the sudden he put the $3 on my rewards card as 3k points. That’s the same thing the cashier already asked him and he said no to! It made no sense whatsoever to me. She had called before there was a ton of ppl behind me and he took a few mins to get up there then he made things difficult. She had asked me if it was okay to change the item that wouldn’t print into the points before he even got there since there was a line starting and she was the only cashier! Just wanted everyone to know that Jessica is management material. She kept her cool, made sure I was good, made sure everyone knew it was going to be a second, also while doing all this she still greeted everyone when they came into the Walgreens! She’s the best cashier I’ve ever dealt with at any place. She was wonderful, respectful, and keep her cool the whole time. I greatly appreciate your help and patience if you see this Jessica!!! P.s. to the manager (I didn’t get his name) you should really be nicer to your team members, you didn’t look so great looking down on her and speaking down on her when she was 1000% right! “Maybe just be nice to everyone you never know who someone is!” That’s what my mama has told me, she’s also 1000% right always! You looked foolish! I’d give 5/5 but due to the manager whom I dealt with it’s the 4/5 since he was not to nice and acted like it was such a big deal to give me the $3 and told me to call Walgreens customer service, when they can’t do anything for me and he should know this being a manager!”

I have experience with their office staff, 2 hygienists, and Dr. Sheila Vacendak. The office is accommodating, efficient, and kind. My hygienist was engaging, gentle, and thorough. I wasn’t back there with my son (because of COVID) but I could hear them sometimes and they were very caring! I could tell my son was at ease while in their care. Dr. Sheila was extremely thorough with my care, checking things I have never had checked and, being military, I’ve seen over 5 different dentists in the past 9 years.
