“Exceeded expectations! I came to Zing Fit for a fundraiser and participated in a 60-min HIIT workout. I would describe myself as “a little out of shape” right now, so I was nervous. I let the instructors know, and they were super-supportive and offered modifications. I had more fun than I expected and felt like I accomplished a lot. The workout was challenging but went by fast. “If you don't have insurance and will be covering the cost of your visit out-of-pocket Dr. Zia is the one to see! I’m privately employed and currently without health insurance, and Dr. Zia has been such a caring doctor! Not just nice, but you can tell he sacrifices a lot to make sure people who struggle to afford healthcare (like me) can be treated at an affordable price. Like waaaaay more affordable (half of what other doctors in the area charge as of Sept. 2018)! He is kind, asks questions, has a vest of different cell phones to keep track of everything and he’s always super busy. I don’t speak Spanish, and the clinic is geared towards this, but it’s totally fine, the staff speaks English too, and they’ve always been knowledgeable and friendly - plus I like watching the Spanish soap operas in the waiting room and trying to guess what they’re saying by the dramatic music and body language :) The receptionist told me the practice is open for walk-in patients as well, so you don't necessarily need an appointment, but it's a good idea to have one because they’re usually busy unless you get there early in the morning. I’ve waited up to 2.5 hours on a Saturday (it was flu season). The waiting is never an issue for me, because it’s the care and the very low cost that make it busy - and that should be understood. They don’t allow scheduling appointments on Saturday’s, it’s walk-in’s only.”

“Listen, I knew the food was good when I seen people lined up outside the door lol then again they do only allow 5 people at a time due to COVID-19. I ordered the fried shrimp, chicken burrito and 5 pc tradition wings with mango habanero sauce. Personally I like my mango habanero sauce to be spicy but this one was mild with a nice kick. The shrimp were actually fresh, which I know I shouldn’t be surprised because they’re so close to the ocean. They were very good. Burrito was good too. Now.... let me tel y’all about this homemade hot sauce. BABAYYYYYY!!!! When I tell u I could eat a old busted up boot covered in this... their hot sauce is no ordinary hot sauce. It was beyond good!”

“I called to ask if my insurance was accepted for both the exam and the glasses and even after finding out my insurance didn't cover the glasses, the person taking the call, Amanda, went above and beyond to help me find another place that would accept my insurance for the glasses. If the in-person treatment of patients is anything close to the over-the-phone treatment, then this center is the absolute best. And just from a phone conversation, I would highly recommend this office as the place to go because they showed me that what mattered to them was the best care for the patients.”
