“I can’t thank the staff enough. Paige, Alicia, and the rest of the team works super hard. They try their best to get you in and out. They did an excellent job, since I had a Hazmat and DOT physical. Probably the longest process. Since I’ve been here in VA, I have visited this facility at least 3 times. Each time was better than the last. When you visit, be very patient. They are handling a lot. The next closest one is Glen Allen. Do they need two more? Possibly in Sandston or Midlothian. But for what it’s worth. These ladies do a fantabulous job!”

“This is not a one experience review. My son has been seen here since birth and I can't express how great this staff is. Dr Saxbury is kind and caring and really listens. All of the nurses are friendly and pleasant. But, let me tell you about the front office... These ladies have to deal with the unhappy people who have sick kids or insurance frustrations and not only deal with that, they do it wonderfully. The Dr's office is not an exciting experience and it's even harder when it's your child's health but I couldn't be happier with my 5 years of experience with this office.”

“Chef Swole's meal delivery has been a game changer for us, saving us HOURS of time prepping and cleaning up from meals. The food is healthy and fresh, and I love that we're voting with our dollars and supporting a local small business. If there's ever an issue, you can text or email the chef himself and he'll respond personally, which is very different than the bigger nationwide chains. Prices are also more affordable than the big guys and because meals are hand-delivered and not shipped in the mail, there are never any problems with items getting messy in transit. Highly recommend!”

His staff supports him well-his two assistants were thorough and detailed. “A friend used Luter YMCA for private swim lesson and highly recommended it. The instructor Jasmine was awesome!! Great with kids. The private swim lessons are very organized and structured. My LO learned a lot the time that we were there. We will be back next year! I have previously signed my daughter up for swim lessons at other YMCAs closer to me and was very disappointed.”
