“My father had a 20 day stay there for physical therapy. No one wants their loved ones in a nursing home. I can honestly say I judged this facility before I even gave it chance. Upon arriving there was confusion of my fathers room and a staff member was extremely rude to me. So right off the bat I go into protective mode. The following day I was greeted, and became more familiar with the staff working with my father. The CNA’s there for the most part are compassionate, and willing to help in any way possible. Yes, there were a few that were there clearly for a paycheck, but 95% were genuine. I’m a watcher, not only with my father, but with the other patients. The patients were treated with dignity, and care. His physical therapist was understanding and patient with him, along with OT, and Speech Therapy. The facility is kept very clean. My father left today with nothing but love from the staff, and lots of hugs.”
