I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but I had called ahead letting them know and asking if they would still take me 10 minutes late; they were extremely accommodating without penalty. As soon as I arrived, I was in the dentist's chair. The staff were kind and professional, as was the dentist, who also answered all my questions about gum recession, allaying my fears. Of note: I've had both dentists treat me, and they are both great--a husband and wife couple. Also, the husband is extremely funny, and he made me feel more relaxed and at home then I had ever felt at a dental appointment before. I will always be a patient here.”

In a rarity in todays medical system, I feel that Dr. Leto and his staff give appropriate time to patients, focusing on on fully understand any problem and finding the correct diagnosis rather than churning through patients as fast as possible. “I haven’t been to the dentist since 2016… I have always hated going to the dentist ever since I can remember. Everything about the dentist makes my anxiety go through the roof. Dr. Throckmorton was recommended by a close coworker of mine a few years ago. I never booked an appointment. Two days ago my tooth completely chipped in half. The only concern in my head was that I now HAD to go to the dentist, I have no other choice. I called this office on Monday afternoon, around 230, hoping I could get seen within a reasonable amount of time. I had no idea that they would get me in that Wednesday!! I was completely shocked, especially being a new patient, that I was able to get in within 48 hours! The day of my appointment, my anxiety was at 100. My hands were shaking when I walked in. I was instantly greeted by Dr. Throckmorton ! I explained to him how nervous I was, etc etc., and he was so laid back, calm, and easy to talk to and I instantly regretted not coming in on a regular basis, years ago! He is very personable and the whole vibe of the office is amazing. The music is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was an overall awesome experience! I love it there already! If anyone has bad anxiety and super afraid of the dentist like me… go see Dr. Throckmorton!! You will not be disappointed!”

“Back in 2021 we hired Comfort Keepers in home care for our mom who really needed help with all daily tasks. All the staff was excellent in scheduling the care givers for our mom to have in her home. Thanks to Brandy Lowe owner of Franklin Comfort keepers. And her assistant manager Shawna. Coverage was needed around the clock 7 days a week when our mom became weaker and later she became bed ridden. Comfort keepers assisted us with local care givers which was a peace of mind for everyone involved in her care.
