“I love this pharmacy and have always received quick, courteous service from them. There was even one time when I was going out of town the same day and they filled my refill which normally would take 24 hours. This week I ordered a refill and for the first time ever, I paid to have it shipped. It was paid before 2pm and arrived the next day. For full disclosure I have to say that my otc nasal spray was missing from the pkg so I had to call about that but I was assured it would be shipped the next business day, Monday. I’ll survive until then. 👍🏼”

“I have been attending Therapy Direct for approximately 8 weeks. I was mostly seen by Dr. Turner and Dr. DuBose. On occasions others would work with me.as well. I found all to be very professional, pleasant and very attentive to my needs. They are approachable and willing to listen to your concerns. I initially went for back pain, while I was there, I mentioned having issues with my thigh, side and area just below my back. They devised a plan with multiple techniques and different approaches, it greatly reduced the pain in the areas of concern, this is the best they have felt in a long time. They have made significant progress with mobility, flexibility, balance and motor skills. This makes my daily activities much easier to deal with. From start to finish it was a very positive experience. I cannot forget the front office; it was a pleasure interacting with them. They were organized, accommodating and communicated very well. “We made our first appointment, and they were celebrating Star Wars day, and all of the staff were in costume. They have TV's mounted in the ceiling, so the children can watch their favorite shows while getting their teeth cleaned. Our dental hygienist (I didn't catch her name but she was dressed as Princess Leia) was wonderful and so kind to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable at her first appointment. Dr. Patel was dressed as a Jedi, and was so sweet and patient. She did an amazing job tackling each case, and was very warm and welcoming. They have a wall for the "Cavity-free club" so my daughter got to have her picture taken. At the end of the appointment, she was given a token to use for the bouncy ball dispenser, and since it was her first appointment, they gave my daughter a bubble party with their bubble machine! One of the patient coordinators shared the same name as my daughter and she was so excited about it! It was all of the little things that they did that made the experience so very special! We are so happy that we found this place for my daughter's dental care!”

“Dr. Monacell and his team are the best! My husband and I both got Invisalign treatment from Dr. Monacell. Every visit, the team greets you with a smile and talks to you like you are family. When we had our initial consultation, they walked us through so much detail and also presented options for affordable payments. The Invisalign treatment was super simple - Dr. Monacell's office sends frequent communication to remind you of check-up appointments, which was very valuable to me since I can lose track from being so busy! I also appreciated the check ups, because they helped me to know that my teeth were on the right track (which you don't always get if you go with a non-orthodontist option). Once our treatment finished, at the time, the office gave us each a bottle of wine :) It was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Dr. Monacell for any orthodontic treatment!”

“Dr. Bird performed surgery on my dad removing a large tumor in his colon. The surgery was a total success. Being a nurse, I’ve worked with all types of doctors, and I have to say I’m beyond impressed with Dr. Bird. He went above and beyond to take care of my dad, not only during the surgery, but during his 6 day hospital stay post surgery.
