“I have long dreaded the colonoscopy, but decided to finally do it. The Plenvu prep was fairly easy, and wasn't nearly as bad as the reviews say. By far, the best part was the staff at the Glenn Mitchell practice. The receptionist checking me in was friendly, and I was taken back within five minutes of registration, almost unheard of these days. Once in the back, I was quickly greeted by a nurse who explained what she was going to do and had me sign some papers. Afterwards, I met my nurse Mikayla who was extremely nice and a good IV "sticker" since I hate needles. Before going in, I met the nurse anesthetist who was very personalble and assuring. The most amazing part was Dr. D. He was so affable that I was totally at ease by the time I was given the heavenly Propofol and sent off to lalala land. If you are looking for a practice that defies all of the odds for personal service and excellence, look no further than here. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”

“The place has EVERYTHING but the con is that navigating through the store can be a chore. It feels cluttered and hard to maneuver. Items aren't always where you'd assume they would be, which can he frustrating. However, I gave it 4 stars because the customer service was awesome. A Ms. Monique was personable and didnt shrug me off when I asked for help. She made sure I was satisfied with the products I was looking for and turned a chore into a fun situation. Stores like these don't make me expect much but good customer service makes a world of difference.”

Some get upset if they can’t get the help they need forgetting that their boss is the Government. The front desk has two ladies. One is mature. She has two dishes with candy to give people. That should tell you a lot. The building is spotless with great design. When you enter there’s a guard who will direct you. The landscape is unbelievable. Absolutely beautiful with flowers and herbs. I wish I was allowed to cut a few flowers to make a beautiful bouquet”

It took months to straighten out. I had finally had enough.] Welcoming, competent staff. Techs that make you laugh while they make you cry stretching (just kidding, they are great!). Physical Therapists that take time to assess your situation and create an *effective* treatment plan. All that adds up to great progress with my shoulder rehab. Very happy!”
