“Had a great experience here, despite horrendous reviews 🤣 I arrived at 11 AM on a Tuesday and was told the second that I got there that it would be about an hour because there were 12 people in front of me so I asked if I could wait in my car and the nice security guard came up to my car to tell me my appointment was up after only about 35 minutes. I went to the nice woman at the first desk and the entire transaction start to finish was about three minutes she was super kind and helpful! Thanks SSA Suffolk. “I was a bit nervous to come since I thought the lines were going to be super long. However they were actually pretty decent. It seems most are checking in online now so the walk in line is much shorter now. The staff are all really nice and helpful. The wait after checking in is still long, but they play a radio station so at least its not awkward silence.”

“My stay was wonderful, the toilets were always clean, the beds were extremely comfy, my experience was the best. I prefer this over Holiday Inn anyday. They even have a park at the backyard!
