“Short of my bad experience getting caught with a dui, Ms.Jackie Walker is literally the best. She will tell you about yourself and give you advice on your road to sucession. When i came in after a 6 year absence. I'm in and out. She makes exceptions for missing items or paper work, she takes what ya got amd then just come back. You dint have to wait the whole process. She doesn't make you wait the whole day to be seen. 6 years ago it was crazy comming in. I actually didnt come back because of the problems with the place. Nobody wanted to be there, nobody was excited about their job. Now...they understand people make mistakes and that people want to change but this is a step in the process to that change. Thanks for being so helpful and understanding. Although, I wasn't given the complete packet initially, they made it easier on me to have it done in a specific time frame. 6 years later the place has turned around immensely and they treat you as a person rather than a court proceeding. Good job. Also kudos to Leslie Randolph for sticking with it. You're the best case worker ever! 👏👏👏”
