“I wanna tip my hat off to the men and women that are doing their best to get the children safely to and from school. There is a shortage of bus drivers in most of the counties everywhere and I have much respect for them as I used to think that bus drivers just drive but they do so much , much more. And trying to learn a new route when you’re not familiar with the territory can be pretty intimidating and complicated. Not to mention getting the children to school and home on time. Especially to the new bus drivers. It is very understandable to become frustrated when the bus is late getting children home or to school. I was that student and parent upset, but they’re doing their best please support them and please be patient.”

“My husband and I arrived around 8:30am to get VA licenses as we moved from another state. The line was out of the door when we arrived. We waited approximately 30 minutes to get a number. The check in guy was thorough in ensuring we had all forms. We researched ahead of time and prepared by having all documents needed including the completed application. We waited about 15 minutes for our number to be called. Our customer service agent, Ms. Dina Segal, was super sweet, very professional and made our visit hassle free and quite pleasant! Overall, it took about an hour and a half for both of us to get our new licenses processed. I'll return to this location when we register our vehicles.”
