I have been visiting this store for years and every time I feel appreciated and welcome by the entire team. I currently live in GA. When my batteries stop working, I wait until I visit VA to take my watches to this store to get my watch batteries replace with their life-time battery policy. And I have about 7 watches listed in their system for life-time battery replacement. It doesn't matter for me; I will drive hours to get my watches service at this location. Not only is their customer service great but the way they take care of your merchandise is commendable. They treat my watches as if it was their own.
