He is courteous and professional and provided his thoughts and guidance on provided just the right amount of detail. The crew he sent out were great. They were professional and courteous and very friendly and I believe went out of their way to be helpful and to reduce the amount of stress that comes along with moving households. They made me laugh and for a bit there, made the move "fun" at least for a little while. “Moved from California to Virginia with very little notice (about 3 weeks) for my husband's new job. Mike handled our move right away, provided his personal cell number and was very communicative. He was able to keep the estimate under our budget. Our drivers were very courteous and handled our things well (mostly boxes and one vehicle). They arrived a couple days later than expected but this wasn't a problem for us and there had been inclement weather in the area - the delay was well communicated by the drivers. The drivers delivered our things directly to the door despite the very long, tricky driveway. Our things are in good condition and the drivers took their time with me to catalog the boxes upon arrival. Car was in good condition and the driver noted to me that the check engine lights had come on when he removed the vehicle from the truck (this was an existing problem so not at all their fault, and it was nice of them to note it to me). Estimate was accurate. All in all a very nice experience. I am mostly finished unpacking our things and so far nothing out of place or broken. Thank you!”

“Outstanding snd reliable from pickup to delivery. We have used PODS in the past. It is the only method guaranteed to take a lot of stress out of moving. You are in total control as to date of POD drop off - length of time you will need to load it and finally the day it it is to be picked up. This time around we encountered an issue with a drop off space being unavailable, the driver gave me his number and told us to call when we had secured one! Cost wise they are the best value, ease of moving items in an orderly fashion, rather than just having to deal with time constraints, no one compares. We hired some day workers to load and unload the heavy pieces and because of our having the time to pack up household and clothing ourselves they were able to be done in 2 hrs . POD Alert- times have changed!! We paid them in advance for an out of State move. Had confirmed delivery date weeks in advance- due 24 hours ago ( had received text confirming their arrival time) NO SHOW- 3 calls have netted no results- each time they tell me they are only a call center and have emailed Logistics. We are at a loss as to who to reach out to- I think they're Business grew to an unmanageable size or they were sold. I am about to call them again- if I do not receive a solid delivery time and assurance they in fact do have MY POD, I will contact every agency I can to ask for advice. Please share on your social media sites that this can occur to anyone and there is a complete lack of caring on PODS part- I will update this post.”
