With the crazy heat I was expecting that. Well by 12:30 Keith was at my house with an installer and a young man in training. They figured out the problems and replaced 3 parts ( between 2 units) and now I have A/C again. The service was prompt, honest, professional and a fair price as well. I now know who to call for my A/C or heat issues.
