The poor reviews should be about the employee not the post office. I had great service at the Bowling Green Post office recently. The mail is now not being put up timely at the Thornburg post office, even though it had always been put up prior to the employee switch. Mail is regularly being damaged at the Thornburg post office now as well and put in the wrong box. It’s an employee problem, not a business problem.”
