But this time gives us awhile different perspective with their warm welcome. Since we made a call for reservations all the way to our staying there it's such a pleasant experience. No impersonal, sterile experience of the hotel. You speak to the person and enjoy the personalized touch in your food, decor and your room. And we also talked to Angel (the manager there) and she's such a caring lady (she made a special treat for my little ones for breakfast). My family will surely come back. “Close to everything! Buildings and grounds kept in great condition (routine landscaping maintenance, pressure washing, trash cleanup). Carpets are replaced between each tenant and maintenance is quick to correct emergent needs. Although the virus kept pool and common areas closed for most of my tenancy, the facilities look great and are finally opening again. Night security patrols offer a bit of additional security as well. I’m in a large 3 bedroom unit and it has been great for storage and space. Shannon, the community manager, has also been very helpful to me personally. After a hiccup with my navy move, she was very flexible with allowing me to shift move out dates even though they had already scheduled contractors to do some renovations and upgrades ahead of next tenant move in. Very grateful since they are under no obligation to help since I provided notice and then had to change dates.”
